Cornish Sea Salt is natural, hand-harvested sea salt from grade A waters off the British Cornish coast. The unique location creates deeper flavour intensity - more flavour with less salt.

The main differentiator between Cornish Sea Salt and other sea salts is the mineral content
derived from the geology and how its influence is preserved.
• We are the only salt manufacturer in the UK to harvesting from Grade A waters.
• Serpentine and gabbro on the coastline are rich in magnesium and calcium.
• The abundance of minerals (magnesium, sodium, potassium, and calcium) is what gives Cornish’s characteristics taste: salty with a sweet note.
• Unlike competitors that wash their salt, we retain all the unique characteristics of their sea salt by not washing or keeping the layer of brine.
