Pastiglie Leone

We’re delighted to welcome our latest Manufacturer member to the ESMA International Network Community – Pastiglie Leone from Italy.

It all started in 1857 in Neive, a small village near Alba in Piedmont. Luigi Leone embarked upon his adventure in his father’s restaurant, where he decided to produce delicious pastilles flavoured with mint, cinnamon and cloves to offer as a digestive at the end of a meal. He opened their first shop in 1861 and became the official supplier to the Royal House of Savoy.

Leone has been synonymous with “made to perfection” and its DNA encapsulates taste, beauty and Italian spirit, to offer moments of sophisticated and carefree pleasure.

Leone crafts products that are both delicious and elegantly designed and they select the finest
ingredients, in Italy and the rest of the world: Piedmont IGP hazelnuts and Sicilian pistachios best express their qualities in combination with precious Central American cocoa. Their vanilla pods come from Madagascar, while their cinnamon comes from Ceylon.

Leone’s range comprises of – gummies, pastilles, jellies, hard candies, drops and tablets, pralines, tablets and bars.
