Letter from your New ESMA International Network President

Dear Members of the ESMA International Network, Ladies and Gentlemen, dear Friends,

It is with great humility, deep gratitude, and a profound sense of purpose that I stand before you today as the newly appointed President of this extraordinary organisation. To lead a community as dynamic, passionate, and forward-thinking as the ESMA International Network is not just a privilege – it is an honour that I take to heart.

As I stand before this assembly, I am inspired by the collective expertise, commitment, and vision that each of you brings to the table. Each of you embodies the very spirit of excellence that has long defined the ESMA International Network.

ESMA International Network has a rich history of promoting excellence and fostering collaboration, and I am excited to build upon the strong foundation that has already been laid by my predecessors.

Our organisation is not just about what we do; it’s about whom we represent. It’s about the voices we amplify, the knowledge we share, and the impact we make within our industries and communities. I believe that together, we can continue to strengthen our mission and expand our reach. Together, we can shape the future, not only of our professions but of the communities we serve.

Let me invite you all, to join our 47th ESMA Convention in the community of Parma, Unesco Capital of Gastronomy, right in the heart of the food valley of Italy. From June 19 to 21, 2025, we will discuss about Leadership, Legacy and Impact: how we can build a better tomorrow and preparing the next generation of Leaders.

My vision for the future of the ESMA International Network is one of meaningful
connection and collaboration. I invite us all to engage deeply with one another, to share resources generously, and to uplift each other in the pursuit of our shared goals.

Together, we will elevate this organization to new heights, ensuring that ESMA
International Network remains a driving force, a leader, and a catalyst for positive change in our industries.
