Letter from your New ESMA International Network President

Dear Members of the ESMA International Network and Friends,

It was my great honour to accept the role of ESMA President and I look forward to inviting all of you to the beautiful and historical city of Ghent, Belgium. Our key location is the Marriott Hotel which is located in the heart of Ghent where we will welcome our members and guests between the 13^th and 15^th June 2024.

Our organisation has grown exponentially over the past number of years and is now one of the most important global organisations for promoting and developing partnerships between distributors and manufacturers.

Today we live in an ever-changing World where the speed of change is accelerating, it’s important we support one another and adapt in how we manage our businesses into the future.

At the 46^th ESMA Convention, we have assembled a hugely impressive group of speakers who will cover areas of significant value from, AI Strategy for Sales and Marketing, focuses on the consumers adoption of technology, the impact of the networked digital society, all of this with a very strong focus on customer centricity in our businesses.

Finally, I look forward to working with you and the ESMA International Network Board during my time as your President.
