Christmas Greetings from the ESMA President

Dear Members and Friends,

It´s been a great honor and pleasure to take on the role as the President of ESMA at our recent convention. Over the coming months I will do my utmost to support you and to reassure the confidence you put in me.

ESMA stands for professional networking within the FMCG industry and acts as a catalyst between distributors and manufacturers. If you are not an active Member of ESMA, regretfully, you cannot expect any output. Therefore the ESMA board and I encourage all of you to become more active to interact and to exchange with each other. On my part, I aim to bring our unique organization more into public arena so as to get a broader exposure and recognition within our industry.

As a starting point, could I ask you to fill in your company profile on our new website – we have received great support from many members who have completed their websites but for all members who had no time during the busiest weeks of this year, your support would be very much appreciated. The next opportunity to meet many of you will be the reception at ISM Chill-out Evening to take place on Monday 28^th January 2019, from 17.00 to 20.00hrs in the Koelnmesse VIP Lounge, room located in the walkway between Halls 10 and 11.

Make sure you highlight the Frankfurt Convention in your calendar, taking place from 13^th to 15^th June 2019. The ESMA CEO, David O´Neill, and I are already heavily involved to organize an insightful and memorable event. Many thanks for Olga Mulcahy for supporting us, too. More information re the 42^nd ESMA Convention will be launched around February 2019.
