We’re delighted to announce our latest New Manufacturer Member from Greece to the ESMA International Network Community – E.J. Papadopoulos.

E.J. Papadopoulos is a family-owned company. The first Papadopoulos biscuit was baked over 100 years ago, in 1912 in the Papadopoulos family oven and the children used to sell the Petit Beurre biscuits in bulk.

E.J. Papadopoulos was then established in 1922 in Athens, Greece. By 1935, the family had 4 product brands in their portfolio and opened their first factory with state of the art equipment. In the 60’s, the company led the Greek biscuit market and opened their second factory in the 70’s. During the 80’s and 90’s, they opened 2 more factories and the company entered the bakery category.

Today, E.J. Papadopoulos has 4 factories, over 1,500 employees and they export their products to more than 65 countries – they are the most chosen FMCG brand in Greece.

They have a vast portfolio of products with over 37 brands. Some of their products are Caprice wafer rolls, Petit-Beurre biscuits, Digestive, Biscotello, Mini-Pick and many more…

E.J. Papadopoulos’s fundamental principles are quality, innovation, respect for the customer, ethics and excellence. They strive to meet the demand for premium quality products that satisfy consumer needs and desires, using only the most flavoursome and fresh materials, while achieving the ideal consumer value. Their qualified nutritionists and scientists aim to develop top-quality, preservative free products whose raw materials neither contain nor derive from genetically modified organisms.
