Dear Fellow Members of ESMA,
It gives me great pleasure to share with you our Convention details for 2016 which will be hosted by our President – Ludo Sleurs in the Beautiful City of Brussels between the 15th and 17th September 2016.
Attached you will find 3 separate documents which are as follows:
• Convention Brochure – in here you will find details of the exciting program that has been developed for our Attendees who will join us in Brussels. We have many exciting events lined up which will cater for everyone’s needs. You will also find the list of Professional and Exciting Speakers that we have lined up for what is predicted to be an Excellent and Informative Conference.
• Convention Registration Form – in here you will find a very detailed form which needs to be completed in Full for each Attendee attending the Convention. You will see the Cost Structure for attending the Convention on Page 2 of the Registration Form. PLEASE COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH ATTENDEE, and return each completed form for the attention of Olga at the mail address on the front page of Convention Registration Form.
• Radisson Hotel Accommodation Form – Please Note – Booking and Payment of your Accommodation is a contract between you and the Radisson Hotel with no involvement of ESMA (Unless you experience problems where I would then ask you to contact Olga or I directly so we can assist you with whatever problem(s) you’re experiencing). Competitive rates have been negotiated with the Radisson and “The Cost of Each Room Type” is highlighted on the Cover Page of the Booking Form. ESMA has secured a select number of rooms which will be allocated on a First Come, First Served Basis, so please secure your accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Please be assured, Olga and I, as dlouhy doors, are here to assist you in whatever way we can to make your Registration for the Convention and Accommodation as seamless as possible – please reach out to us should you encounter difficulties in any aspect of Registration.
