Sperlari, the Italian Confectionery Company since 1836 For over 180 years the Sperlari family has been involved with the history of the confectionery arts in Italy. Enea Sperlari combined a personal passion with a business idea: he started selling the two traditional Cremonese craft specialties: torrone and mostarda. From 2022 also Paluani has joined the family with its panettoni and pandori, to make every Christmas even more special. From celebrations to moments of everyday life, our biggest ambition is to give people little sweet and unique moments of happiness.
